I am very disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the package, I discovered that the bottle was broken at the bottom. Additionally, the lid does not fit or hold the bottle properly, which makes the product inconvenient and unsuitable for use.
I purchased this item with the intention of gifting it to someone, but unfortunately, due to its damaged condition and faulty lid, I cannot give it as a gift. I expected the product to arrive in perfect condition, but the quality and packaging have been very disappointing.
I hope the company takes this issue seriously and improves its quality control and packaging to prevent such problems in the future. I would appreciate a replacement or a full refund.
Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it unless the quality and packaging are improved.
